"Distinguished Service Award " Colonel Ralph Tomlinson receives the Civil Air Patrol's highest award from Interim National Commander, Brigadier General Amy Courter. .	New Iowa Wing Commander, Colonel Ronald Scheitzach accepts command from North Central Region Commander, Colonel Sean Fagan.
