New Squadron Commander Appointed

Lt. Col. Allen Chilcote was appointed as the new commanding officer of the squadron during the squadron's regular meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 2005.  Col. Ralph Tomlinson, Iowa Wing Commander, performed the appointment ceremonies.  Chilcote succeeds 1Lt. Mike Ramey in the position.

Lt. Col. Chilcote is a retired Air Force NCO with over 20 years of military experience.  Allen and his wife, Susan, a captain in the Civil Air Patrol, reside in Oskaloosa.
